This professional development session will equip early elementary educators (PK - 2nd) with effective strategies to directly teach and reinforce expected behaviors in the classroom. Participants will learn how to proactively prevent behavioral challenges and create a positive learning environment. Topics include; identifying and defining expected behaviors, repeated modeling and practicing expected behaviors, and supporting these behaviors with classroom structures, supports and routines.
