About me
Kelly Rafter currently serves as the Induction TOSA for IUSD. This is her second year as a TOSA but she has also taught first, second, and fourth grades as well as sixth grade English Language Arts at Vista Verde and Cadence Park K-8 Schools. Kelly has a passion for supporting both new and veteran teachers, literacy, and classroom management. When she’s not at work, she loves going on adventures with her two boys, reading, and PRing on her Peloton!
