About me
Jennifer Hill has spent her professional life in the service of children and young adults. She spent 10 years as a child welfare worker before discovering her passion for Special Education. After more than 20 years in the field, Jennifer has accrued classroom experience that spans from Elementary through Adult Transition Services and has educated students across all types of educational settings. As a Teacher on Special Assignment, Jen remains a committed advocate for the rights and needs of students with disabilities. She has played a pivotal role in professional development initiatives, sharing expertise with colleagues, and promoting best practices in special education. She is passionate about helping all students reach their fullest potential and determine their own futures to the greatest extent possible. In her free time, Jennifer enjoys traveling with her family, participating in a variety of outdoor activities, and shuttling her 13-year-old to his extracurricular activities.
