About me
Originally from Scotland, Nicola Saltzman is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with 25+ years experience supporting individuals with autism and related disabilities. Nicola is passionate about helping students shatter the glass ceiling, and supporting people (both students and staff) to achieve their potential. Nicola has a firm belief that everyone is capable of more than they know, and that with the right supports we can all grow and flourish. Currently, Nicola works as a Behavior Specialist for IUSD, in addition to being the CAPTAIN (California Autism Professional Training and Information Network) Regional Implementation Lead for Orange County. When not working, Nicola cares for her senior rescue dog Alby, and enjoys hiking, reading and crafting.
