About me
Recently recognized as a 2023 California Teacher of the Year, Ben Case is passionate about using creativity to better understand the world around him. He has shared this philosophy for going-on nineteen years as Instrumental Music Director of the seven-time Grammy Signature School Award-winning music program at Northwood High School in Irvine, CA, where he also serves as Arts Department Chair. Case helps foster a program rooted in inclusion where students engage in comprehensive music experiences that promote a sense of belonging and “family.” A guest conductor, clinician, and presenter, Case earned his Masters and Bachelors degrees from Cal State Fullerton. When not teaching he loves sharing puns and building Lego with amazing wife and two children.
